There is always a natural way of doing business. Usually the natural way is the best option, although not always true. As for the world of mole removal, some may ask whether natural removal or a clinical operation is better. It really depends on the individual.

The only time a clinical procedure is a 100% better option is in the rare situations where the mole is cancerous and must be removed immediately. In fact, some may argue that if the mole is to be removed via personal choice and not by force, natural mole removal makes more sense.

Natural removal will save you money. It also may reduce the chance of scarring often associated with clinical procedures. However the removal method is not always consistent and even if successful, can take several months to remove. Natural mole removal is also very tedious as you’ll do the same task everyday, multiple times a day.

Even if you know a friend who tried a natural mole removal method and it worked, you should still consult your doctor before attempting the removal. The doctor will be able to sit down, study the product, and decide whether or not it’s a hoax. The doctor can also provide safety tips and insights on the removal method. Last but not least, the doctor can also verify that the mole is not cancerous before you begin the natural removal method.

Natural mole removal is very similar to wart removal. If you have removed a wart before then this process will appear familiar. The center of the mole is your point of interest. It is your target. You’ll understand why in a moment.

While there are different suggestions and ways to remove a mole naturally, here is a method that is clinically proven to work.

You’ll need a steady supply of castor oil, baking soda, emery boards/nail files, sterile needles, and bandages.

Removal Steps:

Scrub the mole and surrounding area with disinfectant soap and water.
Pat the area dry, but leave the mole slightly damp.
Scratch the surface of the mole with a sterile needle. Focus on the center of the mole.
Take the emery board to further scratch the area. Once it’s open it’s ready to receive the paste.
The paste is a combination of one teaspoon castor oil and baking soda. Use enough baking soda to achieve a paste-like consistency with the castor oil. Apply to the center of the mole. If it doesn’t sting, the mole wasn’t properly removed. Cover the mole completely with the paste.
Cover the mole with a bandage.
Continue procedure three times a day. Recommended to do first thing in the morning, once around lunch, and once more right before bedtime.

Note: The mole does not need to be scratched during every application of the paste. The mole is only scratched during the first application which occurs first thing in the morning.

Also keep in mind the paste is rendered ineffective after some time. While it may make sense to mix a large batch of the castor oil and baking soda, this is actually going to prove worthless over time. Make sure you mix up a fresh batch (around one teaspoon) before every application.

Patience is a virtue and it applies to mole removal, especially natural mole removal. While some people may remove a mole in three to five days, the process usually takes weeks. The important concept is to always apply the paste effectively and consistently everyday until fully removed from your skin.

The scratching of the mole is especially important. Remember how the center of the mole is important? If you do not attack the mole from the center and inside, the mole will continue to re-grow and heal. Make sure the paste creates a tingling effect when applied. If it doesn’t, the scratching was simply not enough.

Some moles are also very difficult to scratch open. If this is the case, some doctors recommend you soak the mole in warm water for 30 minutes. This will soften the mole and consequently make it easier to scratch.

Make sure you cover the mole after you apply the paste. Some people believe that a wound must remain open to heal. This is definitely not true. The bandage will guard against infection and accelerate the healing process.

Keep in mind that the treated are might turn slightly red. This is natural. After the mole falls off, some discoloration may persist. Again this is normal. Wait a few weeks and a healthy color should return.

Can You Really Use Castor Oil to Remove Moles?

Castor oil is an effective remedy and it’s been used since the time of the Romans to treat all sorts of ailments, everything from muscle aches to fever. Even today, Castor oil remains a powerful tool for those who rely on home remedies. Moreover, it’s been scientifically proven to be an effective treatment for a number of problems.

Castor oil is also used in the treatment of moles. There are a number of recipes that are being used, with varying rates of success. As a result, many people are starting to find out that this miracle oil may be the answer to their problems, but the question is – does it really work?

Let’s start by taking a look at the most basic castor oil recipe, castor oil itself. Applied on a mole two to three times daily, it is effective in reducing the pigmentation. The secret here is to apply the castor oil to a bandage and ensure that it’s completely saturated. In particular, cold pressed castor oil is even more effective due to the fact it’s purer.

Pure castor oil is actually a highly effective treatment due to the fact that castor oil is easily absorbed into the body. In its pure form, castor oil is also odorless and tasteless, so unlike other treatments such as urine therapy (no joke), castor oil is certainly easier to live with, but it’s not as effective on larger moles.

Another home remedy based on castor oil is that of a poultice which is comprised of baking soda and castor oil mixed together into a paste. The usual recipe is two teaspoonfuls of castor oil per tablespoonful of baking soda. Once you’ve created a paste, it is then applied to the mole and within a few weeks, it may very well scab over and disappear.

Unlike the castor-only treatment, this method may require you to rub the mole with a pumice stone until it bleeds. After that, apply the castor/baking soda mix and then leave it overnight. In the morning, apply again and after a few days the mole will start to darken. Keep on applying until it either becomes painful to apply, or the mole disappears. This treatment will leave the mole inflamed and quite red so it may not be appropriate when the mole is on your face or another visible part of your body.

Castor oil seems to be the wonder-drug for home remedies. This is because castor oil contains ricinoleic acid which is an effective anti inflammatory agent. Combined with the fact that castor oil penetrates deep into the skin thanks to its low molecular weight, this proves what many people say about this amazing oil it is actually true.

However, when it comes to removing skin moles, there really is some confusion. The reality is that it’s an effective and affordable solution for smaller moles, but for those which do break the skin and are quite large, it may take a period of months before you notice any major difference.

Castor oil really does work for many, but not for everyone. If you’re stuck for ideas, then it’s certainly safe to try. This magic ingredient may be just what you need.

Today, many people are bothered by the effects of moles and other skin conditions such as dermatitis and skin tags. Many people are choosing to consult a dermatologist for help and as a result, dermatologists have popped up across the country offering all sorts of services from mole removal to laser therapy and even cryo-therapy.

The problem is, that while many of these so called dermatologists are the real deal and have graduated from medical school, some of them have not which not only means they are operating illegally, but they are a danger to your health.

When it comes to choosing a dermatologist, the best bet to ensure you find a good one is to speak to your local health practitioner first. They will probably recommend one at the nearest hospital, in which case you have no need to be alarmed.

In fact, this is perhaps one of the only ways in which you should seek a dermatologist, as it can be hard to tell the frauds apart, and while the miracle worker on 5th may have done wonders for your friend, they could very well scar you permanently.

If you do decide to make the choice and choose your own dermatologist, then the most important thing to be aware of is that a dermatologist is like any other medical professional and should have a four year medical degree followed by a three year residency. The path to becoming a dermatologist is just as long as it takes to becoming any other type of doctor.

When you visit the dermatologist, you should feel at ease just like when you’re visiting any other doctor. If you have any doubts, simply don’t go ahead with the procedure – even if it is a bargain! After all, today there are many ‘dermatologists’ out there which provide Botox services, but very few which are genuine.

To be sure of your choice in dermatologist, check up by searching online. If everything seems to check out, then it’s simply a case of finding out as to whether or not this dermatologist is right for you. At your first consultation, feel free to ask any question at all, because after all he’s the professional!

Cosmetic dermatologists have received a great deal of media attention in the past. This is because their area of expertise lies in anti-ageing treatments such as Botox, and laser treatments such as tattoo removal. They deal with making your skin more ‘beautiful’. Traditional dermatologists on the other hand primarily serve medicine, dealing with problems such as melanomas, dermatitis and eczema.

Choosing a dermatologist doesn’t need to be difficult. Simply create a checklist and when you find the one that ticks the most boxes, you’ve found your perfect dermatologist. Things to consider are experience, portfolio, cost and time frame. When it comes to cutting costs however, you need to be realistic.

Don’t save money at the risk of your health. In fact when it comes to medicine and dermatology, paying a little bit more is certainly worth it.

Moles are skin growths which throughout history have gained a bad reputation. In the past, these growths were attributed with evil and people said that if you had a mole, it was a sign that you were evil. Today, some cultures still regard moles as a bad omen and while perhaps for the most part in the west, moles have lost their bad appeal, they are still an unwanted nuisance for most.

Medically speaking, a mole is called a nevus, and in general, moles are categorized under the branding nevi. They occur more in fair skinned people, and they are so common that almost everyone is born with at least one mole. Some people are born with as many as one hundred.

If you’ve been born with moles, then it’s been scientifically proven that moles put you at a higher risk of skin cancer, so the advice most doctors will give you, is to cover up when your exposed to prolonged amounts of sun, increases the risk of developing skin cancer even further.

While moles may mean that you’re at an increased disposition to suffer from the likes of melanoma, it doesn’t mean that they are harmful. In fact, skin moles are on the most part harmless, it’s only when they start to change shape that they begin to become an issue. However, no matter how benign the mole, they are still treated with contempt no matter how harmless they are.

As a result, many people resort to all sorts of techniques to try and get rid of skin moles. This can range from cutting them out at home, to using a number of home remedies. One thing people need to be aware of when trying to remove moles is that it can result in scars that can be bigger than the actual mole itself.

Removing a mole without seeing a doctor also has a number of risks. For example, if the mole is cancerous, you’ll never actually know unless it was biopsied by a laboratory. The fact that you removed it at home only masks the possible onset of skin cancer.

Melanoma or skin cancer is a serious risk for people that are predisposed to moles, and this form of cancer is often overlooked and neglected. If you suffer from skin moles, then it’s important to check them regular for signs of growth and other irregularities, because as we mentioned earlier, your moles put you at an increased risk.

Generally speaking however, moles aren’t something anyone needs to be afraid of. It’s a part of who we are and recently, many celebrities are appearing with indistinguishable features or beauty marks which are actually moles. Just look at Marilyn Monroe for an example. The fact that moles have been treated with such disdain in the past has done nothing to help the fact that for the most part, they’re harmless.

In fact moles are a common occurrence and while for the most part, it’s important to be aware of them, you needn’t feel obliged to remove every last one. The bottom line is that unless it’s dangerous to your health, it really is just a part of who you are.

Moles are a natural occurrence in most people, and it’s only a very small few that suffer from what is known to doctors as dysplastic nevi. Luckily, dysplastic nevi or atypical moles are easy to spot, and it’s these moles that may turn cancerous. Finding them early and watching them closely is essential in the treatment and prevention of cancerous moles.

Skin moles have generally gotten themselves a bad reputation. Not all moles are cancerous moles! Let’s face it, on average the typical person has between 10 and 40 moles on their body. While in general moles tend to stay with you for a long time, they can change and even disappear of their own accord.

When it comes to spotting the cancerous moles however it’s generally agreed that a mole should be no bigger than the diameter of a pencil. It should be of a neat shape and there should be no blood, or puss coming from the growth. It should not be painful and it should be relatively static in nature i.e. not changing.

When it comes to ‘bad moles’ or dysplastic nevi, this is where one needs to be careful because these bad moles have the possibility to develop into skin cancer or melanoma. As a general guideline, if a mole starts to change in shape, size or color, then it’s time to get the mole investigated.

The American Academy of Dermatology has actually invented a really useful mnemonic when it comes to checking for dysplastic nevi or cancerous moles. It goes like this:

A = Asymmetry
B = Border
C = Color
D = Diameter

Even if a person has had a mole for a long time, it’s important to remember its ABCD, because changes are bad. If it gets larger and develops ragged edges, it’s time to visit a dermatologist, as these changes could mean that a mole is slowly developing into a very dangerous form of cancer known as Melanoma.

Melanoma is one of the most dangerous types of cancers because it’s one that is rarely detected early. People are often lax to get their moles looked at and by the time they do, it is often too late to treat things surgically.
Caught in time, mole removal may be all that’s required to deal with melanoma. Failing to get a mole checked out in time can allow the cancer to grow, and rapidly transfer to other parts of the body. Treatment will then be aggressive, long-term and also painful.

The golden rule for moles is that if they look harmless then they possibly are. However, that’s no excuse not to visit a dermatologist who will more often than not take a biopsy of the mole to ensure it’s benign.

180,000 people are diagnosed with cancerous moles each year and for many of them it’s too late to simply remove the mole. Diagnosed early, treating melanoma is simple and straightforward. Early intervention is critical. Don’t make the mistake of leaving it too late. If in doubt, visit a professional!

Laser mole removal for the most parts is a highly effective way to treat many types of moles. Laser treatment is affordable and it’s a great way to treat all sorts of skin conditions. Effectively, the treatment for moles works similar to the removal of scars, and laser mole removal is just as effective in reducing the pigmentation, and getting rid of unwanted moles. Thankfully, today the cost of laser mole removal has plummeted and it is now a highly affordable treatment available worldwide.

Typically, laser mole removal has been used to treat a large number of smaller moles at the same time. For example, some people may have 30 – 40 moles on their back, which are small, stable and benign. It’s these types of moles which benefit most from laser mole removal, and thanks to the unique attributes of laser treatment, removal is also a great deal quicker than traditional methods such as excision. This is because laser can be used to treat multiple moles at once with little in the way of pain. The cost of laser mole removal now means that it is one of the easiest ways to get rid of skin moles.

Laser mole removal is typically performed in private clinics as it is seen as a cosmetic procedure. This means that many health insurance packages won’t cover this type of treatment as most insurers have exclusion policies for which mean that most laser-based treatments are excluded. This means that you’re more than likely going to have to pay for laser mole removal yourself, and find your own laser clinic.

When you’re looking for a laser clinic, it’s important to remember that saving money should not be your main priority when looking to get skin moles removed. Especially with laser, there are risks involved and it’s important to ensure that you get quality service from a qualified individual as an unskilled practitioner could end up scarring you for life.

As a result, thoroughly investigate any clinic to ensure that they are suitably qualified for the job. If you’re going abroad for laser mole removal, then be even more suspicious because in foreign countries it can be much harder to tell the genuine clinics from the fraudulent ones.

Laser mole removal is generally a highly effective way to get rid of moles, but it doesn’t work for every type of nevus (mole). Specifically, larger moles are more difficult to treat with a laser, and should they be subjected to laser treatment, it may just result in irritation and skin burns.

The cost of laser mole removal has now fallen considerably thanks to the fact that the technology is more accessible than ever before. Today, millions of people have already undergone treatment using laser technology to remove moles, scars and even tattoos. It’s safe, reliable and above all – it’s clinically proven to be effective in reducing the pigmentation and size of moles.

If you’re suffering from the plague of skin moles, then laser mole removal may be the affordable solution that you’ve been searching for.

Are you scared the surgeon’s knife or unsightly scars? Removing skin moles actually isn’t that scary and it’s not something you need to be afraid of! In fact, chances are your local clinic can perform the procedure pain free, in as little as just a few minutes.

Getting rid of skin problems such as moles and skin tags is a great way to boost your confidence and self-esteem. If you’ve been worried up until now that the mole that’s been bothering you may in fact get worse if you remove it, then you’d be surprised at what a skilled surgeon and dermatologist can do.

Mole removal involves a number of procedures, and depending on the type of mole you have, different options will be available to you. Generally speaking, the larger the mole the more invasive the procedure, but don’t worry – that doesn’t mean there will be a massive scar.

There are typically three main types of mole removal:-

Direct Excision is the most simple and straight forward procedure. It’s exactly what it sounds, and it means that the surgeon will do his best to remove the mole using traditional methods i.e. a scalpel. It sounds a lot worse than it actually is, but generally speaking, excision is used on larger moles which are raised above the skin. A local anesthetic is used, and the procedure takes just a few minutes.

Shave Excision is usually done with the help of liquid nitrogen. This involves freezing the mole and then removing it by shaving the tissue away until you are mole free. This procedure is quick and relatively painless. Generally, pain is only felt for a few seconds when the liquid nitrogen is applied.

Laser Removal can be used to remove smaller moles that are perhaps only pigmented. It works just like the way that scars are removed, and it can be incredibly effective. There are many clinics now offering laser removal, and you can the procedure is widely available in many clinics, as long as it is performed by an experienced dermatologist.

Mole Removal Cream is used for the lightweight offenders. If it’s just a minor blemish and is only slightly bothersome, then this may be the answer. It works much like vitamin E in that it helps rejuvenate your skin, and fade scars. The important thing to be aware of is that while these creams can and do work, they don’t work in all cases and ultimately every mole is different, so speak to a dermatologist first. The last thing you want to find out is that the thing you’ve been treating with mole cream for the past six months is really a cancerous melanoma.

A dermatologist is the best person to advise about what’s needed to remove a skin mole. If you’re bothered with just one or many skin moles, multiple treatments may be required to ensure that the problem is gone. But the good news for many is that the problem finally will be gone.

Skin tags are an annoyance for many, but these relatively painless folds of skin are actually for the most part harmless. Skin tags occur because of friction, either because of skin rubbing against skin, or alternatively because of tight clothing. They can occur almost anywhere and while for the most part they are harmless and painless, they do cause annoyances for some people.

Skin tags occur more frequently in obese people, but there is no asymmetry between occurrences in men and women. As a result, it’s generally considered that anyone can suffer from skin tags, and while for the most part they are painless – they can interfere with things such as dressing and even walking.

Typically, skin tag removal is performed entirely for cosmetic reasons. Skin tag removal is a straightforward process which can be performed using a number of methods with the most typical being visiting your local health practitioner who will quite happily remove them. This is a quick process which will also give you peace of mind, reassuring you that these skin tags are actually nothing more than bits of extra, unwanted skin.

Removing skin tags usually doesn’t require anesthetic as often the injection of local anesthesia is more painful than the removal process itself. As a result, it’s a procedure that can be carried out by anyone but medical supervision is recommended to ensure that the skin tag really is just a skin tag.

Skin tags are by themselves entirely harmless in nature, but it’s important to be aware of the fact that a skin tag could be described as a benign tumor and this is exactly why you should take a little bit more care than simply snipping it off at home. A doctor can check the skin tag and tell if there is more to this minor annoyance than meets the eye.

Skin tag removal is quick, straight forward and relatively painless. Creams and other solutions serve only to prolong the annoyance, and often the best way to remove a skin tag is direct excision often using a pair of medical scissors, or alternatively litigation by use of tight elastic bands to cut off blood supply to the skin tag.

Numerous creams and solutions exist to treat warts and moles which may work well on skin tags. These treatments, once applied to the skin tag will see it shrink and eventually disappear. It can take anything from a few days to a few weeks for them to be effective, so often the quickest way to remove a skin tag is to simply visit a doctor and have it removed in just a few seconds.

If you suffer from constantly recurring skin tags, then one of the best ways to deal with the problem is to lose weight if obese, and also wear looser clothing which causes less friction. Skin tags are caused entirely as a result of friction, so if you can eliminate this, you can eliminate skin tags forever.

A mole is a skin growth which in most cases is perfectly normal and harmless, but it doesn’t stop them from being a constant annoyance. Because of this, today more and more people choose to get rid of unsightly skin growths such as moles and skin tags, as their removal is now straightforward. Thanks to advances in medical technology, there are now loads of ways to get rid of these unsightly growths and blemishes; you can be beautiful in no time.

When it comes to dealing with moles, one of the most important things to be aware of is that a mole is a growth on the skin. Many people think moles are completely harmless, but the truth is if it’s just a recent occurrence it may in fact be a warning sign of cancer or some other major problem. Likewise if a mole suddenly starts to grow or change shape, you should take the first opportunity to see a doctor.

There are actually many different types of moles and they come in all shapes and sizes. Some may be big and unsightly, and others may be small and barely visible. Generally speaking however, moles can be the sign of a skin cancer so it’s important to take care and keep an eye out for changes.

As a safety precaution however, it’s important to be aware of your skin moles. If they start to change, get itchy or bleed, then it’s time to visit a dermatologist, as it may very well be a warning sign of melanoma. Even if you remove the mole yourself, it may simply make matters worse.

There are two main types of mole – typical moles and atypical moles. Of the two types, the easiest way to distinguish them apart is think of atypical moles as ‘ugly’ moles. These types of moles are bigger more unsightly and dangerous. They are also harder to remove with treatments such as laser being ineffective. As a result, often the best way to get rid of a mole such as this is to visit the dermatologist and have him remove it surgically.

Surgical mole removal is something that is extremely quick and also effective. Depending on the type of mole, various methods may be used, from laser removal to freezing and cauterization. Generally speaking, there are also a number of ‘home remedies’ available that aim to lighten dark spots and moles and while they may work for some, they don’t work on others.
If skin moles bother you, then one thing you need to be aware of is that it’s not the end of the world! They’re easy to deal with and relatively inexpensive to remove. Just take our advice when we tell you not to take matters into your own hands because if you do, you may be left with an unsightly scar. Skin moles can be an annoyance, but don’t let them get the best of you!

Surgical mole removal has always been a topic that has received mixed opinions. While many people are desperate to get rid of unsightly skin moles, skin tags and other lesions, they aren’t prepared to go through a surgical procedure to do it. Are there alternatives to surgical mole removal? We aim to find out.

When it comes to natural mole removal, there are a number of products on the Internet that aim to promote the shrinkage and pigmentation of moles. The problem is however, that not many of them work. Moles are more than just simply scars, and smattering them with Vitamin E cream may do absolutely nothing.

There are essentially three ways to remove a mole from your body this is excision, litigation, and a few natural alternatives. We can’t recommend trying the first two at home because of the risk of scarring, but natural solutions can be an effective and painless solution, which can make most moles disappear.

Natural solutions may sound a bit crazy at first, but they’ve been used repeatedly over a period of centuries. When it comes to moles, popular recipes and ingredients are pineapple, potato, honey and even castor oil in order to try to reduce the size and fade the color of a mole. Overtime, these treatments really can make a difference, and for the most part the ingredients are all 100% organic and natural meaning they can be used by anyone.

For example – potato is an ingredient that’s been used for centuries to treat everything from a stomach upset to open wounds and bruises. When used to treat moles, this method works well and it’s simply a case of applying thin slices of potato to the affected areas overnight.

Pineapple is another useful ingredient and when rubbed into a mole regularly, its bleaching properties will result in the lightening and disappearance of minor moles. It’s also useful in treating sunstroke and all other sorts of ailments.

Castor oil and baking soda are a surprising mix, but one of the most popular methods for treating moles. Simply take a teaspoonful of baking soda with a few drops of castor oil then mix into a paste. Applied twice daily, it has the power to lighten your moles in no time. It can take as little as just a few days to see the results.

Other fruit and vegetables which are popular in treating skin moles include sour apples and also onion juice. In fact there are loads of home remedies available. The important thing to be aware of though, is that not everything works for everyone.

These home remedies are a lot cheaper than a visit to a dermatologist and surgeon. Mole removal is often classed as cosmetic surgery, so medical insurance may not cover it.

For many, the best way to get rid of moles is to focus on natural alternatives due to the fact they are free, painless and 100% natural. As a result, there are no health risks and most importantly, these ingredients are all good for your skin!

When it comes to mole removal, often many people think that it’s something that leaves a scar and that it is a painful procedure. In fact this couldn’t be further from the truth, because mole removal is quick, painless and in some cases even scar free.

Firstly, before considering mole removal it’s important to be aware that your mole may be an early warning sign of skin cancer. As a result, if you remove it at home and you’ve got a melanoma, you may inadvertently be masking a situation which will only get worse.

However, generally speaking a mole is a superficial growth that can be removed using a number of methods. Mole removal is not always a good idea because it can leave you with an unsightly scar that may very well be larger than the mole itself! As a result, speaking to a dermatologist should always be your first port of call if you are trying to remove a mole.

Surgical removal of a mole carries almost no risk. It’s an out-patient procedure that’s like getting a skin tag or a wart removed. There are many techniques used today that minimize the risk of scarring, and can make the most unsightly moles disappear. Surprisingly, excision is still popular and in the hands of a skilled cosmetic dermatologist, it is a powerful way to get rid of moles that have been plaguing you for too long.

Mole removal at home is actually possible. There are numerous creams on the market, but before you start removing a mole, it’s important to remember the ABCD of mole identification. This helps you decide whether or not you should see a dermatologist.

A = Area. Take a look at its area, is it growing? If your mole is growing, this is a sign that you should see a dermatologist.

B = Borders. Take a look at the borders, and what they look like. If your mole has relatively smooth borders which aren’t ragged, then you’re OK. If your mole has borders that are irregular, then it’s time to see a dermatologist.

C = Color. Has your mole changed color recently? Is it bleeding? If you can answer yes to any of these, then it’s not a safe mole.

D = Diameter. How big is your mole? Anything bigger than the diameter of a pencil, means that you should see a professional.

If your mole passes the ABCD test, i.e. it’s small, round and hasn’t changed; then mole removal at home is an option. Our only advice is that if you’re going to need to cut it, then see a doctor instead.

One of the easiest forms of mole removal is the use of home remedies and off the counter creams which are widely available. Using a home remedy such as castor oil can be cheap, effective and it can result in making the mole smaller and helping it fade into the skin.

Castor oil is a simple and affordable way to manage your skin moles. Simply apply it to a dressing and place the dressing on the mole overnight, then reapply in the morning. It’s a safe way to deal with the problem and more importantly, it doesn’t hurt.
